Non-Binding Estimates
These are estimated charges only, subject to actual time and travel. All estimates are subject to current tariffs, rules, and regulations. Payment options include cash, credit card, or certified check. All charges are subject to actual time plus travel time. Subject to tariff, rules, and regulations in effect on the date of the actual move. Unless a greater value is declared by the shipper/customer, goods are released to the carrier at a valuation of $ 0.60 per pound per article. Charges are payable by cash, credit card, or certified check.
Estimate and Billing Policies
A non-binding estimate covers only the articles and services listed. It is not a warranty or representation that the actual charges will not exceed the amount of the estimate. If you request additional services to complete the move or add articles to the inventory attached to this estimate, the household goods mover must prepare a supplemental estimate which will change the amount of the original estimate. If the total tariff charges for the listed articles and services exceed this estimate by more than ten percent, then, upon your request, the carrier must relinquish possession of your shipment upon payment of a maximum amount of 110% of the amount of the estimate (and any supplemental estimates). You are obligated to pay the balance of the total charges at the end of the move [ or when the truck arrives at the destination ( before being un-sealed & offloaded, for an interstate move)]. Household goods carriers are required by law to collect transportation and other incidental charges computed on the basis of rates shown in their lawfully published tariffs, except as provided below: (1) A household goods carrier may not charge more than twenty-five percent more than its written non-binding estimate for time charges for a local hourly rated move nor can the household goods carrier charge more than fifteen percent more than the written non-binding estimate for accessorial and other services not related to time, unless the household goods carrier prepares and the shipper signs a supplemental estimate. .(2) A household goods carrier may not charge more than fifteen percent above your written non-binding estimate for a long-distance-rated move, unless the household goods carrier prepares and you sign a supplemental estimate

- . Valuation coverage is set at $0.60 per pound per article unless otherwise declared.

- Professional moving team

- Protection and wrapping of furniture
- Descriptive inventory of all items for items going to our storage facility ( when applicable)
- Loading, transportation, and delivery of goods
- Basic valuation coverage of $0.60 per pound per article
Not Included (Unless Listed Under Extra Charges)
- Packing supplies and services
- Storage services and access
- Special handling for heavy items or difficult access
- Hoisting furniture ( $100.00/1st piece, $45.00/2nd piece & each piece after)
- Piano carry access ( $125.00/ flight of stairs)
- Extra valuation coverage
- Crating/ uncrating of wooden crates
- Waiting time charges beyond 2 hours for long-distance moves
- Trash or debris removal
Travel Time (For Local and Short Interstate Jobs)
Travel time covers time and fuel from our offices in Medford, MA or if your job is locally in Tampa FL, to from our Tampa FL location your location and back:

Travel time rate is calculated at the same hourly rate as labor unless listed otherwise on your bill of lading.
3-Hour Minimum Policy
All local jobs have a 3-hour minimum policy. Charges beyond the minimum will apply at the listed hourly rate.
Storage Access
Our climate-controlled storage has 24-hour surveillance. Access requires 24+ hour notice and a $65/hour fee, with supervision by a representative. Storage access cannot be provided with less than 24 hours notice and without a representative present.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
A $100.00 deposit is required for local moves, $400.00 for long-distance moves, $1500.00 for international moves.
Any deposits paid are refundable only if rescheduled with 72 hours’ notice. The deposit is non-refundable if the job is canceled for any reason at any point in time after it was paid.
The deposit paid will secure your move in our schedule and is then the amount paid is applied towards the final moving costs
Parking for Moving Trucks
Customers must arrange for parking permits unless otherwise coordinated. Any parking tickets incurred by the moving trucks/ vans will be added to the final cost of our customer’s bill.
E-Signature
By accepting the quote online or E-signing on any device online, you agree to these terms and understand that an electronic signature is legally binding.
Payment Methods
- Local Moves: Payments via credit card or cash. Personal checks are not accepted.
- Long-Distance Moves: Payments via certified check or cash, split 50-50 between the origin and destination locations.
Storage Terms & Conditions
Monthly storage fees are billed to the card on file. Premium Q reserves the right to increase storage prices with a 30 days notice or to decline/discontinue storage services with 60 days’ notice. Declined cards may be recharged without further notice.
Packing, Unpacking & Delivery
Premium Q Moving and Storage LLC is only responsible for damages to items packed, unpacked, or delivered while a representative is on-site. For third-party deliveries across state lines, a contract with Premium Q is required for liability coverage.
Gym Equipment Disassembly & Assembly
Premium Q Moving and Storage does not disassemble or reassemble Peloton treadmills, any Peloton gym equipment, or any other advanced third-party gym equipment that requires specialized assembly and reassembly. Customers must make separate arrangements for the disassembly and reassembly of such equipment prior to the move. Premium Q Moving and Storage is not responsible for any damage or issues arising from the transportation of these items if proper disassembly and reassembly procedures have not been followed by a qualified professional.
